A cat can have 3 litters a year starting at 4 months old. These kittens are often hungry, cold, and sick. We at TNR are dedicated to ensuring that they have shelter, food, and are vaccinated, spayed or neutered.
Once a colony is TNR’ed they can live out their lives in a safe place. Young kittens and strays that can be socialized are put in foster homes and adopted into family homes. We don’t relocate feral animals because that causes other non-TNR cats to move in. This is called the Vacuum Effect.
Please support our cause and come enjoy a paint and sip! Two hours of painting fun, take home a 16×20 canvas that you create, and know that your funds are going to help feral and lost cats and kittens. A portion of your ticket price goes to https://preventhomelesspets.org/.
Happy hour is 4:30 to 6:30 with 25% off appetizers. This is a 21 and over venue. Come eat, drink, and do a little informal painting at Mickey’s Pub in Yakima! Check out their menu here!
